Cozy 5 Bedroom House - 1 Minute From Patoka Lake!

Adorable 5 Bedroom Lake House only 1 minute from the Little Patoka Boat Ramp! Plenty of room to park your boat while you hang out at the house. Bring your friends as there is room for a large group. Large yard for the kids to play, while the adults grill out on the gas grill while lounging on the wraparound porch. Wifi & Dish TV along with a fully stocked kitchen make this one of the most convenient and comfortable vacation homes in the area. Under new ownership, stay tuned for new pics asap!

An electronic door code along with check in instructions will be emailed to you a few days before your arrival.

Small Lake community across from The Cove near the Little Patoka Boat Ramp

Plenty of parking on the property for 4-5 cars and a boat/trailer if needed.

Not properly maintained
When we arrived the was a power outage for about the first hour. Mother Nature. When we were moving upstairs to the rooms the one bedroom didn’t have a door and there was pet hair on the bedspread. Over the next couple days we’re noticing outlets not working. Exhaust fan in main bathroom didn’t work.the cold air turn grill was dirty. No ac vents in 2 bedrooms.and the paddle fan in the main bedroom was wobbling and noisey we could not use it. A lot of room for improvement

Perfect place and location!
If you have a boat and are looking for something right by the lake this place is perfect! Everything was great and there was plenty of room in the house and plenty of space for parking with a boat. The hot tub was also a nice little addition. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very kind, even got in touch with us to let us know about the bad weather coming in. Would definitely stay again!

Rundown area with no options for dining nearby. It was secluded which was nice and we went out of season for the lake which was unfortunate. The house was decent, but the wall outlets where the refrigerator and microwave plugged in did not work. We were three days without the refrigerator during our stay which was inconvenient. The beds were nice and the linens were clean. There was some dog hair on some of the furniture and the bathrooms were not clean.

Family Getaway
Great time!! We loved being “away” from everything but still close to the lake. Very peaceful place. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Owner was very responsive if we had a question or concern!

False advertising
Was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was advertised but, did not get above 90 degrees. Started at 72 degrees. 3 days later it only got to 90. So we were not able to use it. Specifically choose this house because of the hot tub. Very disappointed. Some bedrooms were very hot and others were very cold. Will not come back.

Rugged Maniac
The house was perfect for the large group that we had. Loved sitting on the wraparound porch. The hot tub was great to use for resting our muscles after running the rugged maniac.

Tech was not working 😔. TV shows kept on down loading and quitting.
Great but the T.V. kept downloading and then said there's a problem. The whole time we were there. I would like very much to know if you get this message. I preferably rather talk than text. Thank you. Rick Sutton.

Skunked at fishing
Relaxing time close enough to the lake to launch the boat a couple times a day. Too bad the fish which did show up on the fish finder were not hungry.

Loved the property!! We had plenty of room!! We grilled, had a little fire in the fire pit. We did leave some wood for the next ppl. Enjoyed the hot tub every night!! Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch!! Very friendly neighbors!! Plenty of parking spaces for everyone!! Really enjoyed our time there. Wished we could’ve stayed longer!!

Friends weekend
3 couples 60+ in age, getting together to catch up. Played dominos, dice and cards. Drank a little tequila, lol. Ate out at Swartz family restaurant and 33 Brick Street. Both places, great food. Fun weekend!

Everything was great had a few issues but they were minor and addressed quickly. We only have one recommendation the grill isn’t usable to bbq on the grates are not there. So just for someone else renting that may want to Bbq..

Everything we needed
This was a great place to stay. The house was very clean and came stocked with all kinds of things that we sometimes forget to bring from home. We had everything we needed. We walked a short distance down the road to the lake and saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was so peaceful. There was plenty of parking. No complaints on anything. We highly recommend this place!!
