Little House @ Rockin Double B Mini Farm

Meander up the long gravel drive to a Quaint farm house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, plus a mancave/garage with a sleeping loft. Take in the fantastic views of nature on the covered porch and a sundeck. Enjoy your morning Coffee on the front porch while listening to the sounds of the creek, and taking in the scenery of this lovely country valley. A full kitchen to prepare an awesome meal before heading to see the sights. Please feel free to let us know if you need anything or if you forgot something we can try to accommodate that as well.

We are pet friendly ($75 pet cleaning fee). On a Case by Case Interview of your pet requirements. “no dogs over 40lbs” or “message us to discuss a pet”.

We are family oriented and enjoy sharing the farm, and There is No Smoking allowed anywhere on the farm.

Property is self catering, only starter supplies provided.

Peaceful & convenient
We stayed here bc my daughter was playing in Franklin for soccer. This location is so serene and peaceful and you pass thru so many cute towns with a little something for everyone. The setting is perfect and the flowing creek was such a nice touch in the morning as we listened while drinking coffee. Thanks for opening up your home.

House in the country
Great location out away from it all with shopping a short drive away. Ideal setting for me trying to get away from it all. Spent most of my time in the "garage" which is a really nice setup.

Cute house with front porch in the country
This cute house sits off the road on a beautiful piece of property. It has easy access to the Hwy but feels like you are miles away from town. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and just taking in the beauty all around us. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Holly the host was easy to communicate with and she even checked on our arrival time to ensure the lights would be turned on if we were arriving after dark. The reason I gave an overall 4 rating is because the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. The couch cushions offer no support and the wicker chair is cute but not comfortable to sit in. This house has a bonus space in the garage with chairs and a loft. There are French doors that open to a small patio with a fire pit. We enjoyed our time in Tennessee and this was a great place to come back to after visiting with friends in the area.

Great home located away from the hustle and bustle.
This property was very clean and comfortable. It was in a very quiet area. We spent all day out exploring and appreciated a nice place to come back to for the night. We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area.

Our stay at the RDB Farm house
Pleasant stay. We stayed 2 days and nights at the farm house and it was delightful. The mornings were special sitting on the porch. and drinking our coffee. The nights were quiet and peaceful. The farm house was decorated beautifully. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Gabe and I loved the little farm and our stay. Our host was amazing and super helpful and made herself available with our questions. This will definitely be a place we would come back to and stay. There was plenty of room for us and more. Love that it was just 20ish minutes from downtown Nashville. I loved waking up to the openness and beauty of the land and the farm. Looking for a home away from home on a farm, we highly recommend this place in Thompson's Station

Absolutely wonderful stay!!
Absolutely WONDERFUL stay! House was as described, but even better! Warm and cozy with an absolutely beautiful landscape outside our windows. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Thompson's Station area. Easy access to main roads, restaurants, freeways, etc. Excellent communication from owner! Will get (if available) each time we return.

Very sweet home
We were in town for my parents 50th and very much enjoyed coming back from the chaos at my sisters to the quiet. Spent most of our time on the cute porch watching the birds and rain. Everything was very clean (not always the case at some properties). We always stay at vacation rentals as I need access to a kitchen for family dietary needs. I travel with spices and such normally but I found myself needing a cheese grader, vegetable peeler and a cookie sheet. I will note for the future that I will need to take the weather into account with the loft area in the garage. But other then that we would definitely stay again! Oh, and I hope my donated wine glass is still there..LOL after all we are on vacation

Charming country cottage!
Super clean, adorable cottage with lots of room for a family to hang out. Porch and side patio great if weather is nice! Just minutes to Spring Hill restaurants, less than half hour to wonderful downtown Franklin shopping. Good access to highways. Relax in the country with access to the city.

Beautiful farm setting, nice cottage, friendly responsive owner
Penny was super-quick to respond, friendly and very easy to work with. We entered the cottage via a keypad which put us at ease during these pandemic times. The setting for the cottage is very beautiful with a field in front of it with lots of birds/rabbits/woodchucks running about. There are many nicely kept homes in the area with lots of acreage to give you a sense of peace and tranquility. The cottage itself is a bit older, but is clean and functional.
