"Our hosts were absolutely lovely. They were very available and accomodated our every need. The apartment is stunning and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water and a heated bathroom floor. A great small market is just minutes away and the veiws are stunning from this high mountain town. "My husband and I were treated badly by the company that rented the property. WhatsApp messages went unanswered for days, phone calls were not answered, and information sent was unclear. The check-in process was unclear, and was in an office across town that handled 170 other properties. "Sin duda un gran hotel con muy buenas instalaciones. Su único defecto es que esta lejos del centro, sin embargo con los pases de transporte público de cortesía que dan, eso queda resuelto. El 7o piso Heaven, es una delicia. Con todo lo necesario para pasar un rato increible en el vapor, sauna o camas de descanso. Sin duda una gran opción."
