"I totally recommend this property particularly if you're traveling with a dog. Our dog LOVED the property including the doggy door to the dog run, the little fenced in dog corral, the included bowls/toys to borrow in room, and walking around the property. We didn't find extensive trails on the property but we may have just missed them. Note that you're not near a bunch of other hiking trails, if that's your goal. Most hiking trails are closer to Silverthorne or Granby. I had cell reception at...

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was wonderful. Close enough to fish, hike and sight see but secluded enough to have total privacy. Enjoyed hanging out in hot tub and watching deer, hawks, hummingbirds, and the marmots. Would definitely recommend this rental."

"We came up for a guided fishing trip on Williams Fork Reservoir and this house was only a 9 minute drive to the boat ramp! The house was comfortable and clean with cute mountain decor. We ate at the Parshall Inn and took the 5 mile drive to Hot Sulphur Springs and ate at Deans Public House. We fell in love with Parshall on this trip and will rent this house on our next trip."

"Loved our 5 week stay at the cabin. Epic views of the frozen lake. Nice and cozy when we wanted to stay in, but close enough to all the ski hills and town for when we wanted to get out. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Autumn was very communicative and helpful."

"We rented this property for a family ski trip. We needed a place that allowed dogs, had lots of rom and was affordable. This home hit the mark on all of our needs and had the bonus of being outside the normal noisy, crowded ski area traffic. If you are up for an extra 15 minute drive to summit county ski areas, this place is a great choice. It's roomy, comfortable and close to some really nice hikes. We'd certainly stay here again."

"Mi estancia fue terrible, las habitaciones están completamente sucias, huele mal, pelos de perro por todos lados, estuvimos en 5 habitación diferentes y en todas fue lo mismo. Decepcionante no vale la pena lo que pagas! No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. "
