"Super-easy to check in. Parking was also free and prevalent, at least as of May 2024. Nice, clean, modern place. Small, as advertised. Lots of construction to the north. Short walk to numerous restaurants and coffee shops in Fells to the south & west. Little Italy to the east. 20 min walk or a very short scooter ride / Uber to inner harbor."

"This place is just as advertised! Comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed that there were all the appliances and utensils we needed, including a measuring cup! We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and even though it is a basement apartment, there are still a couple of windows, so it doesn't really feel subterranean. Good water pressure, and the linens...

"The apartment was the perfect place for us to host a small Christmas dinner for our kids. Close to my son's place, and spacious enough for serious cooking. "The location, if you want to spend time at the harbor, is fantastic. Everything's walking distance. The appartment has lots of space and nice amenities, many of which are beautiful antiques. It reminded me of a nice BnB. The entry stairs, up a flight, are very steep and short. We had to turn our feet to go up and carrying a heavy suitcase up wasn't easy. We used the property to unwind after our wedding ceremony and we used it before the wedding ceremony as the boys house before the wedding. we picked up fallen branches and made a fire and the owner left us a smore kit that was had by all. Highly recommend. This was our first VRBO experience."

"An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there!"

"The property is in a sketchy neighborhood. We ended up going somewhere else because the shower didn't work, there were dead cockroaches and the window ac's didn't work well. It was quite hot in the apartment. Definitely not worth a stay."
