"Me sacaron del hotel a las 8 am con mi hijo de 7 meses porque un huéspede fumo en el cuarto y llegó policía ambulancia un mal rato y los empleados de entrada malo. El lavamanos no bajaba y no lo arreglaron el cuarto se inundó con agua del aire. Quiero mi dinero de regreso porfavor"

"Tienen buena ubicación, el personal muy agradable. Buen desayuno. Las instalaciones un poco viejas pero estaban dando mantenimiento. Hay una situación con lel piso del área de la ducha, mientras usas la ducha el piso del baño se llena de agua. Muy desagradable pasarse la estadía quitando toallas mojadas del piso . Espero que puedan resolver esto, fue lo único que puso en riesgo mi experiencia con ellos. En lo demás puntos, bien 👍 "

"We loved the welcoming staff, the hotel and convenient attached restaurant architecture and European feel. The 2nd floor room had large view windows opening to the balcony that were wonderful. The fireplace in the room and bottle of wine was such a nice touch - as was the convenient coffee bar just down the hall in the morning. And the food was amazing! We will definitely be back to enjoy the cold plunge, infrared sauna, workout room, jacuzzi and pool when it warms up a bit. Funny...

"Loved our stay! Clearly brand new which was niceSuper clean, well stocked, had everything we needed. Hot tub was surprisingly huge! Lots of space, game room was a bonus for the kids. Communication was great. The house itself is super pretty and cute. Like many of the Greenville neighborhood it’s a mashup of nicer houses and trailers but we felt very safe.. Would definitely return!"

"The good: The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is in an older neighborhood but the setting has great large trees in the yard and woods right across the street from the DECK. You can watch squirrels play and listen to many different bird songs from the DECK. The not so good: The host refused to acknowledge there was a deck, thus no need for chairs on the deck and stated for, for whatever reason, that a deck is not listed on Amenities and, thus, "there is no outdoor dining...
