"This was a very nice house and we enjoyed it a lot. The only issue is that the garbage cans were completely full, and although I messaged the owner, they wouldn’t come and get it so we had no where to throw things away. Also, someone came and started mowing and working on the yard while we were staying at the property. Other than that, it was very enjoyable and is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy a weekend with friends. "

"We were looking for a place to stay for soccer tournaments and found this gem. Easy accessibility, very clean and nice home. Owner was very helpful as we needed to stay an additional day since we have won our games and made the additional stay quick and easy. Great stay and will try to stay again if needed in the area."

"We liked the house. The kitchen was a little cramped but we managed. The pool table was great for entertainment and the TV room was excellent as was the back porch. The only complaints was the property was dirty especially the window seals and baseboards. There were some necessities that would improve the stay in the kitchen. Example, there wasn't a blender. The cabinets and drawers could have been more organized and they needed more knives. Thank you!!"

However I didn't like the gravel road and the condition of all the grass on and around the property, there also needs to be some lighting added. People were scared to drive out. "This immaculate home in a setting among horse and cattle ranches is all Texas. Communication with host Charles was fast and accurate. Very clean. Well stocked. Close enough to the towns of Pilot Points and Aubrey to run errands with ease. We loved our week-long stay and we're only sorry we had to leave that beautiful place. Our guests were wowed, too. The shaded patio is a natural for entertaining in sight of a pasture of grazing longhorns. TV over the fireplace looks to be a 95-incher....
