Home away from Home
When you walk thru the front door, it is spacious, bright and very welcoming. The home is laid out comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet? You are centrally located to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Everyplace you go the people were friendly and very inviting. The house is well maintained and stocked with everything you need.

Perfect little place
Outside is a lottle bit rugged. But with dogs, we were quite happy, it has a fenced yard and bat b q area. Just what we need. Inside had everything we needed to make a great stay. Plenty of amenities, beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware. Location was great. Close downtown and close enough to the beach, close to the horse show. Just what we asked for. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Stay!
My wife and I and our dog greatly enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and the accommodations were comfortable. If I get the chance to stay here again, I would definitely rebook.

Roomy, Comfortable, and Clean
Great location and close to the beach. Just what we were looking for during our time in Venice. Would definitely stay here again! Tips if you're staying here: find and keep track of the single Air Conditioning Remote (there are several wall units that it controls) and bring bottled water (like everywhere in Florida, the tap water has a sulfur smell).

Good Vacation Home- Stars deducted for Cleanliness
This house is conveniently located close to shops, grocery stores, and the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. Each room has its own AC unit controlled by a remote which was nice. However, the cleanliness is what made me deduct stars. The bathroom had urine and hair on the toilet and there was mold in the sink. There was also a lot of hair in the shower, too. There was also no directions provided about check out at all. I had to message the host, which isn’t a big deal but I would’ve assumed there would’ve been instructions on how to leave the house when checking out. I wanted to like this house as it was a good price but the cleanliness was not up to pare at all.

The property owner was beyond amazing with communication and friendliness. The home was immaculate. We’re in the process of trying to book another vacation and decide if we want to go somewhere new or re-book!! This house is perfect and feels like home.

cozy and convenient
We LOVE this beach home and hope to return! Bluetiful is well stocked with everything we needed. Just bring your beach chairs. The house is just a 5 minute drive to the beach and close to stores, parks, gyms, and a movie theater. Some of the neighborhood houses aren't as well kept as this one, but don't let this deter you. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. There are many quiet side streets, paths and sidewalks to walk or ride bikes.

Very Comfortable
The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we could have thought of. There were plenty of towels and paper products. We brought our dog, and the back yard was spacious and fenced, so we felt safe taking him out without a leash. My 80 year old father was with us, and the walk in showers were great for him. The A/C was controlled by a remote in each room, so everyone could adjust their room to their preference. Publix was nearby, and it was right off the main road leading into downtown Venice on the island. My kids enjoyed the games that were there as well. It was a great place to come back to and relax each day of our visit.

Nice vacation great for families.
Experience was great minus a few details that I will share with the host. The only real things that needed to be changed etc would be the stay needed to be cleaned again before our stay. The yard was not mowed and the house had some trash already inside that may have been missed / left from a previous guest. Host was quick to communicate when contacted and always respectful.

Dan and his wife stopped in when we first got there just to resupply some things great people they loved our dog I would definitely stay here again I'd give it a 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10 and we may even try and book for next year same time thanks again Dan it was an awesome experience.

Spacious get away
This place was wonderful for my family's needs. The three bedrooms provided space for us to spread out when we needed time alone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, much more than you'd typically find in other rentals. It was in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located to everything we needed such as grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, banks, and the beach. We truly felt safe and at home. The back yard is nice if you have a pet. We did not. I was pleasantly surprised that although they allow pets, the place was very clean and absent of dog hair. The only slight negative we had was the beautiful backyard had not been mowed, so we did not enjoy it as much as we could have. The two bathrooms have showers only, and no tub. So for families with small children, that could be an issue. But we were all adults and the bathrooms were spacious and well supplied with everything. The beds were all very comfortable. Overall, the place was wonderful, and I would certainly look for availability there again if I return to vacation in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway
Very conveniently located to everything!! Stores ,beaches, restaurants. The house has been redone and is very clean and spacious. Plenty of room to hang out after a long day. Big kitchen and lovely appliances. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us . And the outside patio and fenced yard were an added bonus! Very pet friendly 🐶

Nice place with great additions. Enjoyed the accommodations from toiletries, coffee bar, even dog treats if you have them. Back yard offers some extra space, two full bathrooms and two nice king beds. This was a great stay.
