Luxurious Beach Home with Indoor Pool Access! Steps from the Beach

Welcome to Chapel Bay, this breathtaking beach home is destined to fulfill your beach vacation dreams. Featuring a beautiful roof-top deck and a sparkling indoor pool surrounded by glass doors.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms which share a full bathroom, entertainment den with bar, wine fridge, and billiard table complete with flat screen TV just off the pool.
2nd floor: Large family room, Breakfast area, Den area, fully stocked kitchen and a Farmhouse Dining room table, 1 King bedroom and one full Bath nearby.
3rd floor: At top of the stair landing is the Den & TV area with pull out sofa bed size Double, to the left is a King Bed suite with private bath complete with jetted tub, separate shower plus double vanity sink. To the right side is the one walk-through room with Twin/Full bottom bunk, and then two additional bedrooms with Queen beds. All bedrooms except King room on third floor share an in-hall full bathroom.
Close proximity to the ocean and offers extra entertainment for the family such as pool table and foosball table as well as free WIFI and cable TV! Nearing 6,000 square feet of space, this lovely beach home is sure to win your heart and allow you and the family the relaxation you deeply need.

This was our 3rd cousins vacation and this was our 3rd house together, our only complaint is one of the rooms with bunkbeds didn't have any privacy and you had to walk through the space to get to the other 2 bedrooms

Great Stay But House Needs Work
Loved the location and the layout of the home - my multi generational family enjoyed the stay immensely!! But the house is in dire need of TLC, walls patched and not painted over, and other clear maintenance issues that have gone unaddressed. Fully functional but not in the best of shape.

House was very nice but needed work. An air conditioner unit in the attic failed, water leaked through the ceiling of the bedroom below and the ceiling almost collapsed rendering the bedroom unusable. Maintenance took care of it quickly though but the next tenants are down one bedroom.

Annual Family Summer Beach Vacation
This was our first time in Sandbridge and first time renting a house with an indoor swimming pool. As with any beach house rental, nothing will ever be perfect, but this one comes ranks up there with the best we have rented over the years!

Overall, the house met our needs as far as size and location went. We absolutely fell in love with Sandbridge as it was our first time there. However, it was apparent the house was not well cared for or kept updated. The exterior was dirty with a light fixture falling out by the entrance and a huge wasp nest. The indoor pool had a ceiling fall that looked like it was going to fall out and rusted vents and doors. The bar chairs were about to fall apart and we could have used some counter stools in the kitchen. It looks much nicer in pictures than it actually is. While we will definitely return to Sandbridge, we would not stay at this property again.

indoor pool was a plus
the house was beautiful but not as clean as it should have been, also we weren't given the correct # of towels, I contacted the agency who said they would get them to us but didn't. I also don't feel enough supplies are provided considering the price that was paid. An example being only one garbage bag, our bathroom had no hand soap.

Fantastic spring getaway. House was everything the description said plus. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Views were amazing. Pool was clean and fun for the entire family. Can't recommend this house enough, will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Getaway
The check-in process was easy and the staff was very responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and sitting right on a canal. It is close to stores and restaurants, as well as activities such as fishing, a water park and aquarium. The home is very spacious and well equipped for multiple people and their interests. The owner of the real estate company that manages the property - Joey - came out herself to fix a problem that we were having. She was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great for families
The property management was attentive and helpful. The home was as described. I would describe the property as comfortable, in that it wasn't too nice that you worried, but still nice that you felt like you were in a more upscale home. There were some minor issues, property management was quick to attend to, so didn't negatively impact our trip. The indoor pool was heated, and the kids loved it! Note: the fridge ice machine is very slow, be prepared to buy or make your own ice. Otherwise, you'll have a great trip!

Just what we needed
This place was perfect for a much-needed getaway! The house and pool were both clean and inviting. The beach is just a short, easy walk away The rental agency was very accommodating and helpful. There was one minor maintenance issue, that was dealt with promptly by a very polite gentleman. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very large house
We had a great time! It's very close to the beach, walking distance. There's a lot of space in the home. However, it needs a lot of updates and could be cleaned a little better. Two of the beds had sand in them on the first night. The outdoor dock is dry rotted in spots and falling through the canal. The grill was broke so we had to spend our own money to fix it in order to use it. The outdoor deck fan wobbles badly and looks like it could fall down on someone. The indoor pool was freezing cold so we didn't use it much at all. Also, the air temperature in the pool room is either extremely hot or cold. It can't be regulated. We called maintenance and they checked it out and said it was normal. There was no coffee pot, just the machine. Even with all the issues, If we ever have a large family vacation we probably would stay here again.

Spacious Property and Fabulous Location
This is a perfect space for large family gatherings - it allows everyone to enjoy individual activities and visiting without disturbing those who may need to nap or turn in early. Our ages ranged from 2-70. The indoor pool was a huge hit and a perfect entertainment when you've had enough sun. We had a wonderful stay, and Ocean Sands Realty was very responsive when issues arise - we discovered an exposed electrical outlet and they sent someone over right away. We also found cigarette butts in the outside grill which a prior renter must've dumped,and they would've sent someone over for that but we cleaned it up ourselves quickly enough. Note that the property is non-smoking indoors and out and except for the grill the property reflected this. Recommended for families with young children: bring window darkeners and gates to keep toddlers away from stairs. Also, if you're cooking, bring needed spices so you don't have to buy the basics at a store. We had a great time and highly recommend the property

The property is as advertised. It was comfortable for our group of 11. Plenty of room to spread out. Complete appliances and kitchenware. The pantry was great to put all the food stuff we brought so we didn't have to scrounge thru cabinets to find something.The indoor pool is a unique touch. Beach access is a short 2 block walk which is nice, especially fro the trip back

Terrible experience with Property Management
1. Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival and was extremely dirty. 2. Property was infested with ants. 3. Washer machine has a lot of mold/mildew on silicone lip. 4. Multiple burn marks and stains on carpet, furniture and deck railing. 5. Damaged counter tops, kitchen flooring and windows. 6.Mutlipule contractors sent out to remedy issues which disrupted our stay. 7. Housekeeping management accused us of saying something derogatory towards a cleaner. 8. Housekeeping management was caught in a lie trying to pin legal drugs that we found on the premises on us shortly after our departure. 9. Receptionist sent us a text message that was not intended for us calling us "Nuts" and asking someone to send a generic statement about the Assistant manager not being in the office that day. 10. We had to get a hotel on the first night, management refuses to reimburse us for the missed night on their property. Overall, the property is nice but needs some much needed attention. The property management on the other hand is terrible, rude and difficult to work with. We would not recommend staying on this property under the current property management.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous location. It provided space for relaxation and entertainment for all ages. The kids loved the indoor pool which was next to the game room. Beach access was only a short walk and the canal in the back was nice to sit by any time of day. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean property!!
House was very clean and very spacious. Had lot of bed and rooms to accomodate all of us. Kitchen was well-equipped with 2 long tables. There is a porch balcony on the 2nd floor where you can grill and eat outside. Pool is not heated, but was clean. Some of the locks don't work. They provided linens, pillows, some towels. checkin was easy just had some issues with the smart code they sent. 1st floor: bar, pool, laundry room, 1 bathroom and 2 rooms (queen/twin full bunk), 2nd floor: kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 king bed, 1 bathroom. 3rd floor: master br/ba, 2queen bedroom, 1 living room with pull out, and an extra twinfull bunk with a pullout. The beach was a minute walk. Would like to come back during the summer.

A good experience and very helpful during the stay with minor questions . The house was great for us 12 . Grandkids had their own wing ! ( 6-13) and thought it was cool ! Great views !!Dock and deck was awesome . One block from beach access too ! Indoor pool was a hit for all ! Some kitchen items and living room furniture were dated but we managed thru . Beach chairs and pool towels are BYO

Beautiful home, but pool was terrible
The house and location were amazing! Unfortunately, 3 of the kids in our group got minor chemical burns from the treatment in the pool. The pool had entirely too many chemicals. Our kids’ got a chlorine rash every time they swam— very painful.

Nice home, needs maintenance
Beautiful home, plenty of room for our group of 15. The location was fantastic, a short 5 minute walk to the beach, right on the inlet for beautiful views, and close by to shopping and restaurants. The property itself was poorly maintained however. Weeds growing out of the gutters that dripped onto the deck, beer bottles in the lawn, wasp nests by the entrance, ant problem in the kitchen. The pool was nice, again not very well maintained but definitely usable. A bed was broken when we got there as well as the oven fan grate but both were taken care of almost immediately after we called the company that takes care of it. Overall we had a great time at the house but would only stay again if they gave it the maintenance it needs
