"We had a great stay at the South Shore Retreat House! Fully accommodated our family of 12 adults and six children. We were hosting a party at Tinney's Tavern in Lake Desolation and the South Shore House was a perfect place to retreat to at the end of the evening! Kyle was super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend !"

"There is no air conditioning in the property and that makes it very hard to stay in the peak summer days. It was 90F during our initial part of our stay and it was almost impossible to stay cool inside the house. I highly recommend the property owner installing some basic air condition unit at a very least to make it habitable."
