Werri Big Beach House

Beautiful 5 bedroom home with space for everyone. 2 master bedrooms with en-suites. Sensational front entertaining balcony (open or enclosed) huge TV, fire place, ocean views and only 80m to the oceans edge. Games room with pool table and dart board. Walking distance to coffee / meals / club.
Werri Big is a 5-bedroom / 3 bathroom beach house - Great for families, couples and corporates. Just 80 metres from the golden sands of Werri Beach. You will also love the games room, complete with a pool table and dart board.
There are spectacular ocean views from the large entertaining balcony and lounge room - you can see the local surfers and even dolphins catching the waves. In the cooler months, you can have a cosy night in by the fire.
Master bedroom 1 is on the first floor overlooking the front yard with a king size bed, reverse cycle aircon, tv, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower.
Master bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor looking out to the back yard and has a queen size bed, reverse cycle aircon, tv, ensuite with shower and bath.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 and 5 are all upstairs with views towards the green hills in the distance. Queen size beds in each with built in wardrobes, reverse cycle aircon and tv.
The kitchen has Caesarstone bench-tops, gas cook top, double oven and microwave. The dining area has a large table, which leads to the outdoor entertaining deck with 65” TV, fireplace, ceiling fan and the beautiful view of Werri Beach and the Headland.
Also on the ground floor you will find the games room with pool table and dart board, the laundry next door and a guest bathroom.
We also have an EV charger in the driveway.
Perfect for a mid-week break, weekend getaways for golfing and wine tasting, bush walks or a longer holiday. Winter or summer, this house is a special place to spend time with family or friends.
Just 90 minutes drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra!
Need more space…. Werri Small Beach House (sleeps 2) at the rear of the property, equipped with sauna and spa - why not book both properties!!!

Family Fun at Werri Big Beach House
This home suited us perfectly for a family pre Christmas get together. It was comfortable and attractive with perfect location right opposite the beach. The home was well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery, linen & towels. The children enjoyed the games room and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lots of space…
So lovely and clean, fully fenced backyard for our fur kid and a great choice of bedrooms, I loved the chairs out the front, you can sit and watch people and their families with the fur kids going by.

Werri Amazing Weekend!
Our stay at Werri Big House Gerringong was perfect from start to finish. The house was everything we needed for our family weekend. We loved the space, the amenities, the cleanliness and the comfort. Everyone in our group had their own bedroom. The oldies enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite rooms. The kitchen was well appointed and well supplied and there was plenty of space to get away including the games room and the private back deck. It is so rare to find a property where everything is so thoughtfully supplied for your comfort. The sound of the sea and amazing views were an added bonus! Communication with our host Vicky was easy. Vicky thank you for your support and timely responses. We will recommend WBH to our friends and will not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic Property
Vicky is a great host with fabulous communication. House is so lovely and well equipped, beautifully decorated and close to the township. Short walk for coffee and the bowling club and directly located opposite the gorgeous beach. Beds were so luxurious and comfortable and bathrooms are high quality and just made for an amazing stay. Thank you Vicki for the most wonderful stay for our wonderful occasion. Will definitely stay here again and i highly recommend it.

All round wonderful place
Vicky's place made our weekend so easy and comfortable; she was really responsive and accommodating with advice and assistance. The place was really clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. Even the sheets and pillows were of high quality. Overall, the house, the location, and the weather combined for a great weekend. Cheers Vicky!!

Absolutely Stunning - Everything
We had an amazing weekend as everything was perfect. The bedrooms and living areas were excellent. The fireplace during winter in the front lounge is a great crowd pleaser as is the location. Stayed for 4 nights and will come again!
