"This unit is the back unit in a traditional beach cottage, just like iI remember from my youth. Its in a GREAT location minutes from most things you need and all the ones you want. Check in was a breeze, manager was communicative with all the details I needed. House was very well kept. Plenty of linens. Shampoo, conditioner, soap for the shower. "The sweetest little cottage tucked away from the busy shops! "We enjoyed this little condo. The listing was accurate. The owner responded to every question and was easy to communicate with. We were thankful for plenty of coffee the next morning. We also had enough snacks that had been left for us that the 5 of us were able to have breakfast the next morning. It was a little far from town, but the parking in town was pretty rough so we still decided to walk to the downtown area and it wasn’t too bad of a walk."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very close to all the touristy places. Parking was listed as included and it is not... we had to park in the street or in a town lot behind our place. The coffee maker is a Keuring which I wished I had known. I could have brought coffee pods with me. There is no oven but they have a very good toaster oven on top of the refrigerator. Rather difficult to reach and operate.Wish the chairs in living room reclined. Overall up to date and clean."

"Had a great time, the apartment was neat and clean. The only issue was the pots and pans were terrible as we like to be able to prepare our own meals. I would suggest that you replace pots and pans."

"Although we were familiar with the area and had passed by the property 1000’s of times we couldn’t have been happier with everything. From the initial contact with our host , to the quality and layout of the space and of course the location. Being able to relax and stare at the river first thing in the morning was priceless. We are better for having found the property and stayed there."

"Arnie is the greatest host you could ask for. We enjoyed the calm slow paced life of Block Island along with all the beauty the island has to offer. The third level house was just right for us. And I can’t forget about Duke the real property manager, sweetest dog you’ll ever meet. Thanks Arnie!"

"The host was prompt with communications. Place was clean and well stocked. Really appreciated the extra touches, such as a variety of coffee options for Keurig and the individual boxes of cereal. If I were there during summer I would take advantage of the basket of S’mores fixings."

"The location of this home was excellent- one mile from beaches and a nice park at the end of the street. The home felt a bit cramped- very small bathroom and had a hard time opening windows when it cooled down. Hosts were nice and responsive when we had WiFi issues."

"Our family came up and stayed here for my sons graduation from URI. It was perfect for what we needed. There was six of us and we had plenty of room. The couches and beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Really good location to the school and also very close to nice beaches which we had time to check out while we were there"
