"Nicely done out. A couple of issues in terms of equipment - only one mug so we had to go out and buy one the following day. Also no potato peeler, cafetière (coffee machine needed capsules which are more expensive to buy). The outdoor area could have been made more attractive. The alley at the back was full of rubbish. We did receive quick feedback to our concerns about the mug and the lockpad being left on the code. "

"Wir haben zwei sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Ferienwochen in Seaton Sluice verbringen können. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass wir in einer ganz normalen englischen Wohnsiedlung wohnen konnten und so auch Kontakt mit den Bewohnern des Ortes bekommen haben. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war ganz einfach und alle Informationen absolut zuverlässig. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir viele Willkommensüberraschungen vor. Vielen Dank dafür! Der Weg an die Klippen mit herrlicher Aussicht auf Meer und Strand...

"I stay in hotels for approx 6 months of the year so I like to think I know a decent place when I come across it. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Absolutely filthy. Furniture in the living room was badly stained and soiled. The bed sheets had lots of stains consisting of different colours. I felt dirty even sitting on the quilt. "Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. "

"I was looking for a soft place to land for my dog and me, and Sofia's place offered just that! It was cosy, and an easy walk to Northumberland Park and Tynemouth. It was also useful to have a little Morrison's daily store on the corner to pick up a few necessities. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay again."
