Hidden Hills, es una cabaña que admite mascotas situada en el bosque de las Montañas Humeantes. Rodeado de árboles, estará completamente inmerso en el entorno tranquilo y natural. La sala de estar de la casa cuenta con una chimenea eléctrica, muchas ventanas y una TV de pantalla plana vía satélite / reproductor de DVD. Not hot tub/not internet
We originally booked this location for the hot tub on site turns out it broke down couldn’t use it. Then on top of that we had to internet to watch the tv that was internet only. It’s unfortunate because the cabin was stunning.

Nice get away
We booked this property for the hot tub. We were reimbursed and told that the hot tub was no longer there about a month in advance. So that was a bummer but other than that we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived on Monday, that trash cans outside were full but Tuesday morning they were taken care of. Took us 2 hours to figure out how to connect the TV to the internet (use info on the router box connected to the TV). You are on top of a hill with a view mostly obstructed by trees. Overall, a clean place that we enjoyed for a week.

Amazing and scary

First vacation with two dogs
We stayed at this property over the Labor Day week. It had everything we needed. My husband and I found both mattresses pretty uncomfortable but everyone has different needs in that department I guess. They were also pretty loud anytime you moved. But all in all for a vacation rental it was pretty good. The house was secluded and serene which is exactly what we needed. The hot tub was great as well. It is a pretty steep driveway which I saw mentioned in other reviews. My husband who has mountain semi truck driving experience said that some would find it difficult or intimidating to get to the house. But we made it! All in all, I’d say it was worth it!

Clean and comfortable
Very secluded with no view except woods. Sharp turn to driveway. There was a smell in the downstairs bathroom that I could not find but I think it may have been from the a/c vent. When I closed the vent and covered it with the rug and added room freshener, it was better. All in all, the stay was very good. I have stayed in msny cabins and this one was in the top picks. Thanks. Little slice of heaven in Whittier
The cabin was well appointed, comfortable, easy to access and great for 6 people and 2 dogs. The only thing lacking was a utensil basket in the dishwasher. The wifi was less than stellar. But we will definitely stay here again!

Not clean
This is a very nice home. Upon arrival the unit looked clean. However as we started to settle in there are some things that are disturbing. The kitchen is in a disarray. Oven mitts are greasy. The utensils have been tossed into the drawers, things were not easy to find. There are dirty pots pans and coffee mugs. All cabinets are dusty and have food reminisce in them. I also find it very rude to leave an envelope asking for a tip, when a cleaning fee has been paid and the unit wasn't clean when I stayed.

Summary
The only concern I had was the king size bed is extremely squeaky. When you get up or turn over it is really disturbing. Otherwise every thing else was great.

4 WD definitely needed
Very disappointed! Never got my car up the hill to the cabin. Had to push a wheelchair up and down a very steep hill. There were also nails protruding from the flooring in the living room which hurt my daughters foot. The trash was full when we got there and I had to email for a pickup so we could use the cans. Internet was terrible and the tv upstairs was connected to the downstairs tv so you couldn’t watch 2 different things at the same time. Definitely not worth the money we paid. We actually left a night early.

Quiet and Pleasant Cabin
Pros: - Secluded cabin at the top of the road - Hot tub is clean, operational, and in good condition - Cabin is loaded with movies and books - Cabin comes with four TVs and three operational DVD players - Internet works well and was cable of doing a couple HD streams at the same time - Kitchen has plenty of hardware and a few consumables, we were able to save lots of money by cooking for ourselves - Dishwasher and laundry work fine - Surrounded by trees - Close proximity Sylva, Cherokee, Dillsboro, Waterrock Knob, many hiking trails, many water falls, horse riding, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and countless other attractions we ran out of time for - Water pressure and temperature were never an issue, even when doing showers for four people - Water is filtered - Cabin does not smell - We stayed there for a week and had no issues with critters - Two separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms can comfortably accommodate two parties sharing the cabin. Cons: - The last quarter mile of getting there can be intimidating. Our small SUV with AWD didn't seem to have any issues in non-winter weather. Other: - We got confused by the lockbox and kept trying to enter the entry code into the lockbox instead of the door keypad - One of the FOUR DVD players didn't work - There is a VCR, but it doesn't seem to be able to rewind tapes anymore - We couldn't get the satellite TV to work, but we didn't really try too hard as there were so many other forms of entertainment - The Waze app was able to navigate us to the property, but be sure to read all the final instructions for getting here and verify that your navigation aligns with it. Pulling up in the wrong driveway and knocking on the wrong door could lead to bad results. Summary: We had a great stay, saved a lot of money by eating at the cabin, and we were only 20-40 minutes away from a crazy amount of area attractions. This cabin was a great place to relax and a great launching point for our adventures.
