PERFECT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEWS AND SUNSETS FROM A PRIVATE BALCONY!! Stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy the skyline and river view through the large sliding glass doors or from the charming balcony. Riverview Penthouse is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk.
Do not parking on the deck behind the building, you will get towed.
Parking Downtown is limited there is a parking deck nearby. We have a pass you can purchase for a daily rate and come and go as you please. Contact us if you would like the parking pass.

Riverview Penthouse is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all of the modern amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large TV with cable, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. It also features a 6 stage reverse osmosis water filtration unit so you can enjoy your fill of fresh water. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered. The newer king size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.

Because you're in the heart of downtown, you are a short walk from tons of great restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, and entertainment. Check out our thorough guest book for recommendations! The beaches are just a 15 or 20 minute drive away. The USS North Carolina Battleship can be reached via water taxi or by car.

The view is so good, we never turned on the TV!
You will find what you need here: An unbeatable view, comfortable and clean furniture, a kitchen with a welcome pack, an extremely comfortable bed, a very large bathroom, and very close and affordable parking. The host has provided a terrific guide to the area which directed us to a cute grocery store that was filled with many delicious prepared foods. After the two days spent here, I found that I had become accustomed to the magnificent view and sometimes was able to briefly look away, but never long enough to turn on the tv! This view is stunning and you will want to see the sunsets from the balcony!

This is a GREAT little spot, wish we had more time but was just passin' thru. Process was easy as pie, place was clean, owners responsive, was all as billed. Enough room for two, cozy, great view and little terrace for coffee or wine, and close to everything, really cannot say enough about it, suited our purpose perfectly.

There was dog poop around the property and in the holding area. This is not on the owners, but the property managers should not allow this. The HVAC that was so noisy needs to be mitigated, not ear plugs. I was so tired that I didn't care, but my husband used his own.

Overall we had a great stay! Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, museums and nightlife. The only thing that would make it better would be having a parking permit available to use during the stay, instead of having to pay additional for a garage.

The view from the balcony is amazing. We watched the sunset each evening. It is fun to sit out there and people watch walking on the Riverwalk and boat activity on the river. Ada and Curt are exceptional with their communication regarding the condo. Very nice getaway.

Wonderful Stay
This was the perfect rental for our stay. From booking, check in, to check out everything was so simple and smooth. This condo is in the heart of everything in downtown. Parking wasnt a problem and once parked everything was an easy easy walk. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings with that view was just icing. We highly recommend this rental!

This condo is absolutely adorable! It looks just like the pictures on VRBO and was incredibly clean. We loved the wall decorations as well. Perfect location to walk to everything. We enjoyed our stay here. The property managers provided all the info for a smooth check in and were very responsive. The place is spotless and the view is fantastic. The bagel shop downstairs was great and so convenient for breakfast. It's in a very walkable area right downtown. Definitely recommend!

Easy check-in. Great location at the Riverwalk. Easy walk to bars, shops, restaurants. Nice welcome basket plus coffee included. Cleanliness was top notch. No hidden dust, insects, sand, etc hidden in corners that you might find in some rentals. Easy communication with the rental company, no surprises. Be sure to read the restaurant/bar listings/opinions in the welcome book. They won't steer you wrong. Only thing the rental company might want to amend is that the bourbon pours at Front Street Brewery were actually good, if not a slight overpour, lol. Would highly recommend this rental, especially for a couple. Enjoyed a great 24th anniversary.
