Este es un apartamento nuevo con pisos de concreto lavado con ácido, pintura fresca, pantalla plana de 4k y una sensación de ciudad fresca. Una ubicación conveniente para caminar en la pequeña y vibrante ciudad de Winooski, a solo una milla del centro de Burlington. Excelentes restaurantes y bares están a solo un par de minutos a pie. DANGER - DO NOT STAY HERE
We did not complete our stay here. We left immediately for extreme safety and health concerns. Attaching images would be a lot quicker, but in a short summary: - The property has NOT been cleaned. There were dozens of spiders, cobwebs, and large gouges in the walls and furniture. The toilet brush is covered in human waste turning to mold. The shower is growing mold at every crevice. There are exactly two towels in the entire unit, though we did not investigate them. - The temperature was set to 60 when we entered. That's a red flag of a cheap way to cheat your guest if I ever saw one. Immediately next to the heating/cooling unit is a little alert device for temperature. - The parking is not included. It is not free. It is street parking and is paid; you will have to hunt for it as well. - The walls and windows are not properly sealed, if at all. We could hear everything as clearly as if we were in the rooms next to us, or outside. In the handful of minutes we stood inside the unit, we clearly heard several concerning events taking place within a few feet.) - The furniture is extremely worn. It is not like the images. Everything is broken and torn. We have asked the owner for a refund as we did not stay. He has not responded.

Good experience
Place was clean. Had a small musty wet smell but to be expected in a basement apartment. Needed a couple more towels for a weekend stay for 2 should have atleast 4 towels. Other than that it was good overall! Reasonable prices!

Don’t Do It
I tried for almost 24 hours to get in touch with host. He responded the next morning. I was going in late I sent him messages to state that. No response. When I was in the area could not find the location and called to ask for directions and landmarks, he text back the address. It was late extension dark a landmark would have been helpful.Lots of one way streets. I passed the address multiple times before I realized. The building had multiple apartments. My info did not state which one it was. All the doors were tried before I got to the last one. Of course that was my location. The entrance (door) was covered in what looked like mildew. The shower had mildew. The linen was dingy. The couch had mildew on the side I could only stay one night of 2. The floors are concrete. No rug in the bed room. One under the center table in the living area. I was told by a friend that they don’t have to provide parking so I won’t complain about that . I did not use the bed I sat up all night. I used my coat to cover a pillow to rest my head. I will absolutely not subject myself to this kind of situation again. I have stayed in ABNB before never before have I seen this kind of accommodation.. I had to call him to tell him to secure location as I was unable lock the door and that I will not be staying for night # 2. . I rated communication 1 star because I was able to speak with him once. Prior to that it was non existent.

Great place for 2 people, but 3 was not viable as the couch is not a sleeper and no bedding was provided. It was, however, very conveniently located.

Close to Everything
Easy to get to and close to gas stations, drug stores, grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet place for sleeping. Easy to contact the owner with questions. Walking distance to Winooski Falls. Close to Burlington and a more economical price.

This could so easily be a 4- or 5-star property with a little attention to detail. Pros: The area is great with many restaurants easily in walking distance. The apartment was clean, with a good sized bathroom. The living room furniture is comfortable. On site parking is nice, with a low retaining wall that I backed up against to discourage messing with the bikes on the rack. Cons: the property description is a bit off. For example, there is no dishwasher although one is listed as an amenity. No big deal, but please then provide dish soap and a clean sponge. We made due with laundry detergent. And speaking of laundry, be aware that although you have access to machines, they are not in your apartment and they require a fistful of quarters to operate. We had planned to do laundry but opted against when we saw the state of the utility room. There was also no coffee maker when we arrived. Had to request that from the manager, as well as some additional cereal bowls because there was only one in the kitchen. To his credit they were delivered the next morning.... But should we really have to ask for them at all? It's too bad, because with under $100 and a little attention to detail (and a major clear out of the utility room), it could really be a nice place.

Not expensive but not confortable
When we arrived, the cleaning as not been done. That was fixed a few hours later so no big deal. I think the bed sheets was left in the washing machine way too long so even though they were cleaned, they smell really bad. Also the matress was very old and it hurt my back after a few hours of sleep. It was the least expensive place near Burlington we could find, so for the price it's a fine place, just a few minuts drive to the lake. 🙂

4 night stay
I was in Vermont for a 3 day class and was looking for a place that was close and afforded me with a full kitchen and a place to return to and rest. This place was clean, close to down town and easy to travel from to my class. I would recommend that the dishes get a bit of an upgrade - especially the glass wear. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would stay there again in the future.

Overall is was nice. Easy walk to town. We had an awesome breakfast at Sneakers! They offered Gluten Free options which was delicious! Only drawback was the apartment smelled like weed and we didn’t see a coffee maker. It was shown in the listing. We had to go out each morning and buy coffee.

Should clean and paint the front door and the bathroom. Inadequate tp and paper towels. I had to buy toilet paper. There needs to be a rack or chest for a suitcase. It may be my bad but I could not win the fight with the TV. No one said it was in the basement.

Comfortable and in a good location
Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me.

Everything in apt was updated and clean. Very convenient to downtown Burlington. Would stay there again. Neighborhood a smidge scruffy / on the "urban" side, but overall would recommend.

Surprise!
Arrived. Dirty sheets and towels on floor. No toilet paper. Unit not cleaned. Retrieved sheets and supplies on own from service unit next door. What happened to the person who broke the bed? Dire. Very convenient, good parking. Good communication, I suppose. Thanks for allowing us to self-help from the service unit. Effortless.

Weeks stay
This property was in an excellent location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we had dinner. The laundry was lacking as in the washer was out of order, so not able to do laundry all week. Only had 2 towels provided by the property owner however we read that in previous reviews so we were prepared. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again. All the reviews about outside trash overflowing, we did not experience that.
