"The scenery from the property in general and its roof top is second to none. The view of the temple and the beach is amazing. The hotel is at a great location, after visiting the shops in the alley, it ends with the hotel location. Lots of steps as expected in Jiufen but is worth it. We are luxky to book the ocean view room, it faces the rooftop sitting area, temple and the ocean. The dining room view and ambience is fantastic. Wouldnt want a different view. "ホテル的なサービスを求めなければフレンドリーで素晴らしいてす。朝食うれしいです。 以下はクレームではないです。↓ 日本の便座に慣れているので毎回便座が冷たくてティッシュを引きました。ねこが可愛い。テレビの付け方がわからず三日間見れませんでした。ドアの開閉の仕方が日本とは違うのかなかなか難しか行き方を何度もGoogleマップで予習しましたがそれでもこの民宿の場所はわかりずらいです。現地で見た私なりの原因としては高低差がわからない。日本の感覚だと道とは思えないところを歩くこと。だと思います。タクシーを呼んでくださるのは助かります。また訪れたいです。ありがとうございました。"

"We walked round in circles in pouring rain looking for this property. It’s quite difficult to find. When we eventually stumbled upon it we found the service friendly and helpful. There’s no heating in the rooms and we were cold and wet so we were offered an electric blanket, which did make a difference. There was no shampoo provided but more importantly there was no soap! "

"Wow! What a find! Smack in the middle of old street, this B&B was awesome. Great customer service and the room was neat and tidy. It was raining and there was a dehumidifier in the room. Breakfast was provided and the location simply cannot be overstated. We will definitely stay here again!"
