These reservations will be considered a no-show, and in accordance with the reservation and cancellation policy they will not be able to request a refund, rescheduling or any type of compensation, as it is the customer's sole responsibility to arrive on time. From May 1st the meeting point and workshop location will be in the center of Porto, near the train station. We do not provide the address here so as not to create confusion for reservations until then, but if your reservation is for a date after the change you will be informed in advance.

In this experience, the host will give participants the opportunity to alternately participate in the different phases of making the pastel de nata. Groups can have up to 12 participants.

El recorrido comienza a la hora prevista, sin excepciones, y por razones logísticas no es posible incorporarse una vez comenzado.

Nuestro recorrido no está dirigido a los niños. No se permitirá participar a los menores de 12 años ni a los niños que no tengan la altura suficiente para alcanzar el mostrador.
