I enjoyed this a lot. I would say there really needs to be chargers for devices available for travelers, even if for purchase. long day, would have been nice to have had 2 complimentary beverages offered instead of 1 (water). flexible if you get sick to change to another day. all around a must for someone who is solo traveling for sure. very very long, bring a small pillow just in case.

One of the most informative and interesting tours we've done in any country we've visited. Highly recommended. From the moment of arrival Crispin and Andy were friendly and helpful. The combination of audio and live commentary worked very well and the wealth of facts from Crispin was incredible. The coach was very comfortable and well-driven by Andy. The time allocated at each stop was perfect to cover all the things we wanted to see/experience and we never felt rushed. Be aware it is long day (9:30-18:50), with a lot of time on the coach, but was never boring. For a Shakespeare buffet visiting Elsinore was a must for me, although I was a little disappointed there weren't really any Hamlet-related displays, they certainly don't cash in on the link. But it was a good bucket list item to tick off. Getting to see the famous bridge from the Scandi TV drama was also one to tick off for my husband. It is an amazing feat of engineering. One tip - remember to take your passport, as it does go through passport control. We had a couple who forget theirs and they missed the first part of the tour (the Copenhagen 'city tour') because of having to go to get them. I was impressed by everything Crispin did to ensure they managed to join the tour later in Elsinore, he certainly went over and above to help them. My only minor suggestion is to maybe add some facts about the Tetra Pak, seeing as the tour drives past the huge factory and we all use them almost daily.

The tour was very well organized and our guide Mario was a wealth of historical and present day information. He was also the bus driver. The bus was clean and comfortable. We visited 3 towns and made 2 additional stops at other points of interest to briefly take a photo opportunity. We experienced one unexpected traffic delay due to an accident ahead of us on the motorway that had us waiting for 1.5hrs between the first and second scheduled stops, but Mario did not shorten the length of time to make up for this delay. At the end we just returned 1.5 hrs later than scheduled. He arranged for another bus to come meet us and take any passengers affected by this delay. When we did return to the end point, Mario offered to drive anyone directly to their hotel.
