"Location near two step, pebble beach and other stuff south of Kona. Christine the caretaker was very nice. Perfect sunset view from the deck. Only issue was the small fridge which tended to condensate. Ice maker was good but no freezer space. No kitchen stove but hot plate worked fine."

"This property was spacious and comfortable. View from the lanai was spectacular. quiet neighborhood. Do take the warnings about the steep driveway. As two people in our 70’s, we had to exert a great deal of energy to get our luggage down the driveway and up the outdoor stair! Once we loaded in everything was perfect!"

"Loved the little house - perfect for 1 or 2 people. I left the windows open at night so I could hear the frogs. Secluded location but accessible to nearby hotspots. Very relaxing little getaway!"

"Todd is very responsive and informative. Apartment is as pictured, clean and has everything u will need. Beds are soft. Pillows are great. Beautiful sunsets! Very much away from the crowds I loved listening to the frogs at night but my mom said they were too loud lol. Only downfall for me was no tv in berooms. Really enjoyed my time and would highly recommend!"

"My husband and I stayed at the 1 bedroom until for 16 glorious days. It was the perfect place on the island for a home base. We drove all over the island. The unit itself is well loved. A little shabby and worn, but very comfortable and clean. We loved the screened in lanai. We had coffee and breakfast out there every day. The sunsets were fantastic. It was also cool in the evenings, perfect for sleeping. George was great to work with, he left us fresh avocados. They were delicious! All in all...

"This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor.
