"The property has beautiful views and a peaceful, remote location. It is well equipped for cooking meals and they conveniently provide a starter supply of necessities (kitchen spices, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc.). The property owner, as well as the local property manager, were both very responsive to our questions and the check in and out processes are simple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The owner was communicative and offered great suggestions. This place is very special. We would highly recommend...

"Die letzten Meter der Zufahrt zum Haus sind ein Kies-/Feldweg und dementsprechend sollte man mit normalen (Mittelklasse) Wagen etwas auf seinen Unterbodenschutz achten. Mit unserem VW Tiguan war es kein Problem. Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert mit Ilario. Das Haus war sauber und uns hat an Ausstattung für Frühstück und Grillabende nix gefehlt. Das Bad im unteren Teil des Hauses ist mehr oder weniger behindertengerecht, jedoch flutet man aufgrund der fehlenden Duschkabine gerne...

"Wir haben das Haus vor Ort exakt wie auf den Bildern gezeigt angetroffen - es ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und aufwendig ausgebaut. Uns hat insbesondere der wunderschöne Pool und die tolle Außenküche gefallen - die Pizza aus dem Holzofen war sensationell! Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und jederzeit per WhattsApp für Fragen für uns erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt."

"Wir verbrachten sehr schöne erholsame Ferien in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, mit einem riesigen eingezäunten Umschwung. Für uns und unseren Hund das Paradies. "Fabulous place to stay for a peaceful time in beautiful Tuscany. The pool area was amazing and the views stunning. The eating area was lovely also with fabulous views. The properties were well equipped and the tortoises and donkeys were a hit. Barga is just down the road and is delightful with lots of bars and restaurants. Eigene Torzufahrt in der Seitenstraße wo das eigene Auto direkt am Cottage abgestellt werden kann. Die Nebenhäuser auf dem selbigen Grundstück störten keineswegs. An der Einrichtung hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war vorhanden inklusive einer Erstausstattung. Die Klimaanlage kostet 5€/Tag. Der Kontakt zu Laura war problemlos. Sie war stets erreichbar und...
