"Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns."

Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. "After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!"

"We were blown away by how beautiful this location was! It is situated in a small hamlet of homes in the incredible Tuscany countryside surrounded by grape vines and peacefulness. Its location is so close to Siena and other small towns which made it so central. Upon entering the house, we were one again blown away with the chefs kitchen and open downstairs floor plan. "We loved this villa and it's surroundings. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is a definite winner. The roads leading to the villa are a little sketchy but as long as you have a decent vehicle you will be fine. Great place to stay if you have a car and are wanting to do day trips."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers and dog. The house was really perfect, a beautiful garden with great mountain view. 2 bathrooms, a lovely master bedroom, and a nice room for the boys that overlooked the garden. The house is really complete, all you have to bring is your clothes and toiletries. The host, Anna, is also really nice, we received a very warm welcome, with a basket filled with wine, pasta, cookies and more. Also there was soda in the refrigerator....

"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Erholung pur. Paolo und Mercina sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es ein tolles Restaurant (La Grotta di Tiburzi), das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir hatten leider einige Regentage in unserem 14 tägigen Osterurlaub, wofür natürlich niemand etwas kann. Und wir haben die Entfernungen zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana total unterschätzt. So sind für die Besichtigungen der wunderschönen Städte...

"A wonderful place with all amenities and extra little touches. The whole family enjoyed the break at Casa Kennedy and especially the pool. It was remote and peaceful with wonderful views but accessible with a car to get to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Tenuta Adamo winery and other places if you choose. "Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage im November. Fantastische Sonnenaufgänge und bis Nachmittags viel Sonne auf der riesigen Terrasse. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Am letzten Abend sahen wir vier Delfine, die direkt vor dem Haus durchs Meer schwammen."

"Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall."
