"Property was amazing and true to the pictures and descriptions. Watched turtles swim by right from the dock every day. The house was great and had plenty of space for our family of 6. Lubbers is a small quiet island centrally located and convenient to reach several Cays in the Abaco. Overall a great house, island and vacation. "

"The owner was responsive but texted the on island person about generator and never heard back. Our area lost power numerous times and had no power for hours. Great location kids had fun. Bring beach towels with you and the outdoor grill is rough. Overall great place relaxing and fun! "

"Our stay at the Beach House was awesome. Great location on the north end of the island. We had a golf cart and the house provided the gate key required to allow golf carts through the settlement.The house is very private and we really enjoyed hanging out on the covered porch and the beach in front of the house. We also rented a boat and the community dock a short walk away was really great.We plan to return in the future. "

"The house was beauitiful - like new - very roomy! Right on the channel. Everything worked great! We walked to Treasure Cay - the sand was so soft. Sand bars developed during low tide. Two recommendstions: include a coffee pot (there is a Kurig) and it should be recommended to plan to get a golf cart - if they don't have a car.already."

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with our 3 teenagers over spring break. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the porches just soaking up the fresh air and the views. It was such a nice break from our busy lives. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway in what is truly paradise. "

"The house was right across the street from the beach. A short walk with lots of beach to yourself. The house was more than well equipped for our group. We had a lovely stay for our party of 12. The only issues we had were cleanliness of the pool (tons of sand in it) and never saw a pool company come by to clean. I wish the pool was heated. We came the first week of April and while it was warm outside, the wind made it very cool and the pool was cold.we rented a boat (highly recommend) to island...

"Property was great exactly as advertised, communication was great any time I reached out responded quickly. Have never been to Abaco had an amazing trip with my family. Rented a boat which is definitely a must to be out on the water and be able to explore the area. Treasure Cay was great just a bit isolated and still rebuilding from Dorian. A bit of a haul if have to get into Marsh Harbor and have to cross water to get to other islands. I would definitely consider returning to this rental if...
