"The property itself was very clean, new carpets, kitchen, clean bed and linen. Well maintained lawn and plants nice surroundings. It's the facilities that looks dated. There were No exhaust fans in kitchen and toilet. Fridge freezer and basic utensils in kitchen were very handy. The advertised picture shows 2 level house with a triangle shaped but the property given to us was a terraced property which I would not have surely booked if shown on the website so that bit is misleading. "Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. We went into the building and the smell was...

"Excellent holiday park, incredibly clean, lovely cosy accommodation, staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely food in the restaurant on site, fantastic walk from the park to the cliff (heaven for dog owners!) and close to the town which has everything you need! Will be back again!"

"The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "
