"We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa which is very well equipped. Broadband had been installed the day we arrived, so the TV didn’t work in the beginning, but Paul was very reactive and had it fixed the next day. The villa is walking distance to the beach, and the Bay and its many nice restaurants. The mosquito nets on the doors and windows were a real plus. We hope to return next year!"

"Lovely quiet location and a nice house, however just tiny things let it down , outdoor furniture in poor condition amongst other things the main issue was gaining access to the property we arrived at 10.30pm nobody was here to meet us and a code for the key safe hadn’t been given out , when earlier the week before we flew out I enquired about this. Also we had to find our way to the communal swimming pool by asking other people there is no directions as to where it is. These are minor complaints...

"Das Haus hat all unserer Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Bestens ausgestattet und reichlich Platz, dazu noch mit schönem Außenbereich. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es sogar 3 Badezimmer (2 im oben gelegenen Schlafbereich, 1 im EG), was natürlich sehr komfortabel war. Bei der Ankunft am Samstagabend erwartete uns ein kleines Willkommenspaket von Stelios, welches für das erste Früstück am nächsten Morgen absolut ausreichend war. "This villa was everything we needed. It was only about 30mins drive from airport, 30 mins to Adonis waterfalls, 40 mins to Limassol and 1.5hrs to North Cyprus. The villa it's self was so quite and peaceful. It offered all the amenities we needed and the pool was perfect. Plenty places to sit and relax, including the roof top terrace which had amazing views. We may visit again in the near future as we just couldn't fault the villa or the host."

"5 of us have just returned from a 9 night stay & we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need, beds and sofas are comfortable and the outside pool area was stunning, with well maintained green space & fruit trees and plenty of outdoor seating. We stayed in February so nights are cold, we couldn’t figure out how to turn the radiators on but the heating function on the air con was more than adequate for warming the rooms....

"The description of “tranquil area”, “peace and relaxation” and “secluded backyard” should be ignored. The villa is situated on a junction between the main road and the road leading into a housing estate. The traffic noise is horrendous. I had to buy ear plugs to enable me to sleep. The numerous gaps in the bushes mean that pedestrians have a full view of the pool area. The pool had to be constantly cleared from the leaves from the bushes, using the net that was held together with tape and...

"The villa is spotless and perfectly located for the Pissouri Bay beach and restaurants. Private pool area and spacious accommodation. air conditioning is great and the timers ideal to not constantly run it and waste resources."
