Si deseas cocinar muchas cosas si hacen falta algunos utensilios pero en general todo está bastante bien. Importante llevar toallas para playa porque solamente te brindan para el baño. Don José nos recibió al llegar y nos explicó todo. Es muy amable y atento para lo que uno necesite durante la estadía."

"Well maintained newly built property with direct beach access and secure parking. Nice pool. I would recommend staying in one of the units away from the road. The unit we stayed in was the furthest from the beach and right by the road and we were woken up by barking dogs and street vendors selling produce on megaphones every morning. "

"It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. The view from the balcony and the rooftop it’s breathtaking. The decorations makes you feel you’re home. "The location of the apartment is in the "nicest" part of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and with plenty of space. No A/C in the living room but the rooms have AC units. The water pressure is low as well. My family and I got stuck in the elevator for 1 hour the moment we checked in.. When we got out after the hour, nobody reached out to apologize or to make our stay feel comfortable. That was the worst feeling ever since it was hot in the elevator and being in a small space with 7...

"Muy bueno locacion, excelente diria, pero bastante ruidoso, los vecinos de arriba a las 6am empezaron hacer ruido dandole a las paredes, los carros que entran y salen y abren el gate ruidoso, nooooo sumamente ruidoso. De ahi el apartamento comodo, la ropa de cama con un olor como que no habian lavado"
