"I booked this flat to be able to cook. No instructions was given to plug the oven. I asked the office to replace the pans which was out of order and they never replaced them. I never cooked. The tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed. The carpet is durty and so on. We don't have the same definition of a penthouse. I asked for a refund because of all these troubles and never got it. The check-in process is a nightmare. Bref, never ever"
