"Very smart property. My bed was super comfortable and sheets crisp and clean. I thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Bathroom needed more of a deeper clean like there was a huge dusty cobweb above the blind. We noticed lots of little flies in th kitchen area, but maybe they came in when the patio door was open… overall it was very nice. Communication with the management was excellent"

She made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything.The property was excellent for our stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law.The location being close to the Kensal Green tube made getting around the city very easy. "We really enjoyed our stay in South London. The house was great and had everything we could possibly need. It was cosy and very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the upstairs, shared bathroom but that didn't present any difficult issues for us.The local area was just alright for us. I would have preferred to have been a little closer to the underground by walking. Bearing in mind that it was winter when we stayed so with nicer weather, the walk would have been...

She helped us every step of the way, answering questions about London, helped us with rental car & parking. Safe neighborhood. Easy walk to restaurants & grocery.
