"This is my second time staying here and I am sure I will be back. I like the spaciousness, quiet, and peaceful surroundings. It is easy to get where I need to be and communication with the owner is a breeze. The place was warm during my winter stay even though the furnace can be a bit loud at times it didn't interrupt my sleep. Bonus is having laundry there and the necessary amenities for a weeks stay. "

"I'm a 22F and felt safe both on and off the property. The neighborhood is rather quiet, and I felt fine walking alone at night. Definitely would recommend someone to stay here. Other people on the property were quiet too which was really nice. "

"For the first time with our large media team, we were able to have a bed for every single person on the team. Loads of space for sleep, as well as hangout time. The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. "We booked this property for a short getaway in Duluth. It is close enough to everything that you could want to do without all the traffic. It has a great view of the lake. The house was pretty big and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive. Two thumbs up and a high five."

"Nice rental for our larger extended family group. Lake had a lot of algae as of august 2024 so didnt feel great about swimming but enjoyed the kayaks they had. This might just be a bad season for algae. "
