"We were picked in an agreed time by Awdeh. We were then taken from Wadi Rum guest house by Hasim who was excellent driver. He took us out to all the prime viewing points in the Wadi Rum gor whole day trip. This included generous portions of traditional lunch. "We arrived at 3pm it took us 1 hour to check in by the time we reached our suite the suite was not ready as the cleaning staff start cleaning it took them until 5pm to get the suite ready but the floor still dirty . Only one bathrobe was provided for two guest . To get to this hotel you need a 4x4 vehicle and know how to drive and send . Overpriced low customer service . The location is great but other hotels has better pricing and facility . "

"We really felt we experienced the true Bedouin lifestyle, spending a couple of nights at the camp. The guys here are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable with the best hospitality of anywhere we stayed on Jordan. This really was the highlight of our trip!
