"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

Internet was down, I rebooted device (which was outdoors, but an indoor device) Internet was extremely unreliable even then. 4. no mention of breakfast We left the apartment and moved to a hotel, in spite of harsh cancellation terms."
